THE L33T VULN JOURNAL

// ABOUT/ BEYOND THE CVE

A CVE is an identifier. The story is in the people who found the flaw, explained its impact, and worked to fix it.

01 / PURPOSE

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WORK.

The L33T Vuln Journal follows vulnerabilities beyond the headline: what went wrong, what access was actually possible, and how the case unfolded. Above all, it points readers to the researchers and contributors whose work made the story understandable.

MEET THE RESEARCHERS
02 / CASE FILES

WHAT GOES INTO A CASE.

Each case brings together the timeline, technical mechanism, real-world impact, mitigation, sources, and the people involved. A lab is included when it helps readers understand the behaviour and its limits.

ACCESSWhat could an attacker actually gain?

EVIDENCEWhat do the original sources establish?

CREDITWho discovered, analysed, reproduced, or fixed it?

03 / METHOD

SHOW THE SOURCES. STATE THE LIMITS.

We link to original research and distinguish documented behaviour from experiments we have run ourselves. When a lab relies on someone else's reproduction, we credit it and say what has not been verified here.

Credits describe documented contributions; they do not assume that everyone who analysed a case also discovered it.
